Responsibilities:
Design and update comprehensive training programs for academic and sales marketing teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Lead and manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools.
Develop and deliver regular refreshment training sessions to maintain high standards of performance across all functions.
Design and implement PIPs for underperforming employees, collaborating with department heads to ensure effective improvement strategies.
Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements for both academic and sales teams.
Oversee the delivery of training programs, either by facilitating directly or managing the trainers.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
Work closely with department heads (Academic, Sales Marketing) to ensure the L&D strategy aligns with broader business objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably with experience in both academic and sales training.
Experience in curriculum design, training delivery, and performance management.
Proven experience in managing onboarding, ongoing development, and PIP processes.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
Familiarity with training evaluation methods (e.g., Kirkpatrick Model) and L&D technologies.
Experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing talent in various functional areas.
Ability to work cross-functionally and lead L&D initiatives across different teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs and effectiveness.

Jam Kerja: 09:00 - 18:00
