• HACCP, Sanitary and Hygiene Knowledge

• No Health Issue at last 5 years

• Graduate from D1 program of Culinary Art or Tata Boga
• 2 years experience in the same level
• Able to assist the Exec. Chef to handle the team
• Good Leadership and Team Builder
• Good Kitchen Management
• Cost Control management Skill
• Purchase and Ingredient providing knowledge
• No Health Issue at least 5 years

• Graduate from SMA or SMK Tata Boga
• 2 years experience in Same level
